Paul was previously the Director of Orthopedic Research and an Associate Professor at the Department of Orthopedic Surgery New York Medical College and Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, NY. Dr. Lucas has had an extensive career in academia and medical research and is considered a luminary in the field of stem cell sciences.
Chad Ronholdt, CEO
Chad's distinguished career has resulted in the development, validation and
commercialization of fifteen regenerative medicine orthobiologic and cell-based products for the
orthopedic spine, trauma, sports medicine, and wound care markets. He has been invited to major symposia to present on topics ranging from complex microbiology validations, stem cell characterization methodologies, FDA compliance requirements and operational strategies.
Christian Johnson, Co-Founder
Chris has been successful in real estate and corporate finance for over 30 years and in biotech for the last five years. He resides in Los Angeles, CA.
Scott Brovsky, Co-Founder and CCO
Scott has helped bring 8 startups in the Biotech, Agtech and Climate tech verticals out of the labs at the University of California, Riverside and other Research Universities. He has been a Co-Founder or Founding Executive of 6 tech startups including LITPro, Muti Labs, Stan Lee Media, Global Ticket Exchange, and Industrial Strength Network.
